How We Collect Your Consent

Ecom Bandits LLC collects SMS consent through an opt-in form on ecombandits.io. When a visitor clicks the call-to-action on the site, a form appears asking for their name, email address, and phone number.

Before the form can be submitted, the visitor must check a required consent checkbox. The consent language shown directly above the submit button reads:

"I agree to receive SMS text messages from Ecom Bandits, LLC at the number provided for appointment scheduling, reminders, course updates, and responses to my inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase."

The form will not submit unless this checkbox is checked. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Types of Messages We Send

Once a user opts in, Ecom Bandits LLC may send the following types of SMS messages:

  • Follow-up responses to course and program inquiries
  • Course access notifications and onboarding updates
  • Promotional announcements and limited-time offers
  • Reminders and scheduling confirmations
  • Account and subscription updates

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and the nature of your inquiry. You may receive up to 4–6 messages per month. We will never send unsolicited messages.

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Ecom Bandits LLC does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.

How to Opt Out

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
